So turns out I've recently become a fan of Blue Beetle and Booster Gold! I read the Giffen run of Justice League International and then read Formerly Known as the Justice League as well as I Can't Believe It's Not the Justice League. Then I read a lil bit of the new Blue Beetle series aaand I think I'm gonna start keeping up with Booster Gold.
Apparently Ted Kord is coming back for Blackest Night! Exciting? Or... terrible??? Especially considering he's already alive.
Anyway so there's a lot of Booster and Beetle in this dump. Also a lot of gay in general in this dump.

Pencil test from my unfinished and probably never finished final! I got like a week left to finish, so hopefully I'll get some more progress done on this scene. Got some keys and some animatic stuff in there, too. All you need to know about this clip is that Bigfoot is breaking into this guy's house, and this guy's pissed off.

School is coming to an end in a little over a month...! I'm 100% sure I'm not gonna be able to get my final done for animation class, which is upsetting. But hopefully I'll still have enough to form a coherent story... or at least some cool animated bits? Maybe? Q_Q
After this school year is over, I'm headin straight off to China! I'm gonna do a ton of drawing then and take a lot of photos, so that's gonna be mega exciting. Maybe I'll even get one of them moleskine things to use.

You'd think I'd have more work to show after such a long time, but nope. The website for my workplace is gonna go up soon, so once that's up, I can hopefully show you the work I've been doing on that.
Been drawing a ton of monkeys lately since Steven's in this animal drawing class and we've been talking about drawing animals, so I drew some golden monkeys on lady bodies and brush inked em. I'm kiiiinda getting the hang of brush inkingggg

Also a heads up- Steven's been working on a ton of comics stuff, for homework and for himself, so hopefully he'll post that shit up soon and it'll be hella awesome. |

Spendin the holidays with my family, havin some good ol' shabushabu dinner, puttin off homework and just chilling out for the most part!

Haven't been drawing much lately. I've been stressing out about going to SVA, and I've been installing Parallels Desktop and other programs on my Macbook, which is awweeesome! But I did see Wall-E and the Dark Knight, two movies which I loved.

I've been practicing using brush inks for the first time!
It's hard to resist the urge to brush ink everything, all over your valuable possessions and family members. But somehow the pros survive while I'm stuck forever loathing my shaky limbs.

| projects that I'm participating in |

Steven and I have just finished high school, and come this fall, we're both going to be leaving for art school. Steven's going to Rhode Island School of Design (Illustration) and I'm going to School of Visual Arts (Animation).
I'm gonna be a part of a few upcoming projects, so just wanted to make this post to tell you guys about these:
- I'm one of the guest artists in Kaze-Hime's storybook. The guest artists were supposed to do fanart of her character Ruirin
- I'm also one of the contributing artists to Jisuk's collaborative card deck. The theme is dark fairy tales, and my fairy tale is Prince Hyacinth and the Dear Little Princess, and I got the 9 of Hearts.
- I'm also one of the contributing artists to a SasuNaru fanbook including several other fanartists and fanfictioners. I'm gonna have a 3 page comic in there, a talk page, and maybe more. I've been out of the Naruto fandom for years, but to be honest, I've always wanted to be in one of these ;w;
